Lee brings over 40 years of experience in education, including more than three decades in senior leadership roles. He has served as both Headteacher and Executive Headteacher across mainstream and special school settings, leading institutions through transformative improvement journeys and successfully guiding several out of Ofsted categories.
Role: Trustee (Board of Trustees)
His leadership has extended to the national stage, where he has contributed as a Local Leader of Education (LLE) and as a tutor and facilitator in national Leadership and Inclusion programmes. Lee has mentored and supported numerous school leaders, offering strategic guidance and practical expertise.
In addition to his school-based roles, Lee has worked extensively with local authorities across the UK. His consultancy work has focused on reviewing and remodelling specialist educational provision, helping to shape inclusive, needs-led environments that support all learners.
Lee’s deep commitment to educational excellence and inclusion makes him a valued member of the trustee board.
